Unfortunately, it appears that the intention is to create the impression that their services are a continuation of ours.

Important clarification:

We want to make it absolutely clear:

Ben’s Balikbayan Boxing Service has no connection whatsoever to Archimedes Overhead GmbH or their offerings.

Data misuse identified

Additionally, we have discovered that our customer data, particularly email addresses, was used without our consent. This is a clear violation of data protection laws.

Our actions

To protect your data and resolve this matter, we have already taken the following steps:

1.Legal action: We have initiated legal proceedings to stop the unauthorized use of your data.

2.Reporting to authorities: Relevant authorities have been informed, and we are working closely with them.

3.IT security: We have engaged a professional security firm to comprehensively safeguard our IT systems and prevent future attacks.

What can you do?

You have the right to object to the processing of your data by Archimedes Overhead GmbH. Templates for objection letters can be found online. This will ensure that your data is no longer used by this company.

CORONA – Restricted Delivery Options in the Philippines

Due to the ongoing CORONA pandemic, we would like to inform you about the current limitations on deliveries to the Philippines. Our goal remains to provide you with the best possible service, even during these challenging times.

Delivery Options During the Pandemic:

Manila and Some Provinces Outside Manila:

Deliveries are currently possible, though delays may occur.

Luzon and Island Provinces:

Most provinces in Luzon and surrounding islands are under strict restrictions. In some areas, deliveries are either not possible or are heavily restricted.

CORONA – Restrictions and Important Information

Dear Customers,

The current situation surrounding the CORONA virus presents challenges for all of us. Nevertheless, we want to assure you that we are still here for you. Below you will find important information about our service and the restrictions resulting from government regulations.

Our Service During the Pandemic:

Collection and Shipping:

We are continuing to collect Balikbayan Boxes and ship them as usual on a monthly basis.

Restrictions in Europe:

Due to official regulations in Germany and other European countries, we are currently unable to collect boxes in regions where:

•Entry or exit bans are in place, or

•Border closures or health checks result in significant delays (e.g., waiting times exceeding 6 hours).

Restrictions in the Philippines:

Government regulations in the Philippines are also impacting the delivery of Balikbayan Boxes. Delays are unavoidable as we adhere to local laws. Our goal is to ensure that our service does not contribute to the spread of the virus.
